This position reports to

Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare, distribute, and store accurate customer, ABB, and supplier documents for projects as per the division's/project's procedures in a timely manner. Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining a high level of data quality and supporting engineers and Project Managers with accurate on-demand status and milestone reporting. 协助项目经理进行项目文件编订、提交、统计和跟踪。 协助项目经理安排客户验厂工作。

Qualifications for the role

• 本科及其以上工科专业
• 英文简单沟通
• 大三或研二在校生
• 每周可实习4-5天;可实习3个月
