This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of ABB Electrical Products, Solutions, and Services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include driving sales of ABB Electrical Products, Solutions, and Services within your designated market or division. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth in order volumes, revenues, and profitability, while also enhancing ABB's market share. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Additionally, you will actively seek out new sales opportunities, leveraging your expertise to identify and pursue potential business growth. By staying aligned with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, you will help ensure that ABB remains a leader in the electrical industry.

This role is contributing to the Sales Manager in Hydra, Algeria. Main stakeholders are customers, cross-functional teams (e.g., bid and proposal departments, project management), sales and marketing teams, and internal management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Selling ABB Electrical Products, solutions and services (medium and low voltage equipment) to customers, focusing on order volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promote ABB's offerings, and provide tailored solutions
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Preparing sales plans using ABB authorized tools (Sales Force) and performing regular status reviews, proposing recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls
- Creating added value for the customer and ABB, ensuring successful outcomes in transactions, contracts, and proposals through effective sales techniques
- Communicating details related to delivery times, payments, and terms and conditions to customers, in line with ABB's offering and strategy
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and effectively communicating the value proposition to customers
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market
- Managing administrative and approval procedures in the sales process and supporting cash collection and project management activities as needed
- Demonstrating ABB's core values and ensuring compliance with safety standards, ethical practices, and all internal and statutory regulations

Qualifications:
- You are highly skilled in working with Electrical Products and Solutions (medium and low voltage equipment) and the electrification market
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Market Intelligence, and Business Development & Adoption, with a strong focus on medium and low voltage equipment
- Experience with CRM and Excel is good to have, ensuring smooth sales and project management processes
- You possess an enhanced knowledge of Portfolio Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Pricing Excellence
- You are passionate about Customer Experience Success and have a strong sense of ownership, ensuring positive customer outcomes and business growth
- Degree in Engineering, with proven experience in Solution/Application Sales Engineering and Contract & Risk Management
- You are at ease communicating in English
- You hold current relevant licenses and certifications valid in your job location and have the required work permit for employment
