This position reports to

Sales Support Manager - Customer Support

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction. You will be mainly accountable for: 1. Assess the project risks and ensure to follow up Global/Local Division risk management policy 2. Lead the relevant stakeholders to identify significant risks in a project and define mitigation actions 3. Initiate risk review in GRR/LRR tool as risk management responsible to ensure getting the management decision before tendering 4. Ensure order intake following Global/Local Division's policy accurately 5. Monitor and coordinate order design, production and shipment. Ensure on time delivery to the customer 6. Prepare shipment documents or export license for Custom declaration 7. Support business target achievement including sales revenues, account receivable collection and inventory reduction etc.

Qualifications for the role

  • 1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above
  • 2. Working Experience: Experience in international trade or contract management
  • 3. Position Knowledge/Skills: Good knowledge in contract terms and conditions, financial knowledge, international trade and custom rules would be preferred. SAP, MS office and BI will be plus.
  • 4. Language Skills: Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
  • 5. Excellent communication, cooperation and influencing skills when working with different customers.
  • 6. Ability to handle complexity and work under pressure
