In this role, you will lead the implementation of a high-impact sales strategy for Motion products in the Peruvian market, prioritizing direct engagement with end users while leveraging other strategic channels to drive growth. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the Sales organization to achieve the sales targets through high performance.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the implementation of a high-impact sales strategy for Motion products in the Peruvian market, prioritizing direct engagement with end users while leveraging other strategic channels to drive growth. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the Sales organization to achieve the sales targets through high performance.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Executing the sales strategies of the Motion Divisions and achieving their sales targets.
- Leading a team of successful salespeople located throughout the country.
- Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation, and allocating required resources.
- Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring a high hit rate.
- Acting upon leads generated by marketing campaigns. Engaging with senior leaders at customer sites to discuss their energy efficiency and decarbonization strategies.

Qualifications for the Role
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- You are highly skilled in managing a portfolio of variable speed drives for medium and low voltage, as well as electric motors.
- You have 10 years of experience in commercial roles, including sales, technical sales, or related functions.
- You possess an enhanced knowledge of low and medium voltage drives and electrical motor portfolio.
- You are at ease communicating in English.
