We are looking for a skilled Document Manager to join our dynamic project team. This role involves managing technical documentation for a major infrastructure project involving the construction and connection of a new battery storage facility.

Availability:
The role starts from June/July 2025 and is expected to continue until the project completion in December 2029. The average workload will be around 10 hours per week. Presence on-site in Stuttgart may be required once or twice a month as needed.

We are looking for a skilled Document Manager to join our dynamic project team. This role involves managing technical documentation for a major infrastructure project involving the construction and connection of a new battery storage facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review technical documents for conformity and completeness.
- Coordinate, structure, and store technical documentation according to client specifications and legal guidelines in plant and line construction.
- Serve as the point of contact for all project participants regarding technical documentation throughout the contracting period.
- Ensure contractually and normatively correct execution of technical documentation from planning to construction execution in close coordination with the project team.
- Responsible for ensuring construction-accompanying documentation for interim and final acceptances of components and parts from suppliers.
- Compile and redundancy check of the overall documentation from individual trades (from different service providers) and accompany them until the end of the contracting period.
- Coordinate the review of technical documentation for individual project phases between different specialist departments.
- Coordinate and monitor internal/external revision deadlines.
- Harmonize documentation structure within the overall project.
- Manage project communication platforms (e.g., ELO and SHAREPOINT).
- Participate in project meetings of the project team.
- Regularly liaise with the documentation team.
