Job Title: Safety Advisor - Offshore Wind Project (Japan)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HSE support and guidance across all project phases
  
• Conduct safety training, audits, and risk assessments
  
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
  
• Collaborate with contractors and site personnel to enforce safety protocols
  
• Maintain safety documentation and reporting systems
  

Requirements:

• HSE experience in EPC, Wind, or Offshore projects
  
• Local candidates preferred, but foreigners fluent in Japanese and English are welcome
  
• Vestas equipment experience is a plus
