Accounting & Reporting Manager-Payable

Your role and responsibilities

Process accounting transactions for Accounts Payable (AP) in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements. Perform relevant Accounts Payable tasks as a committed team leader to meet the needs of ABB's core business partners and meet relevant role's responsibility and SOD control in P2P processing. To contribute to ABB's vision of a world class Accounts Payable. Process - Execute checking and approval for daily accounts Payable transactions and payment, ensuring accurate tracking and processing. - Review and approve monthly closing relevant reports and documents within the Accounts Payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting. - Perform analysis of specific Accounts Payable accounts on a regular basis and take appropriate action when necessary - Play a P2P process control owner, review and CPCP implementation/process walkthrough to ensure alignment on global policy/control car and daily operation. Comply with and support to achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates. Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation. - Lead P2P inquiry and monthly-closing processing, timely respond inquiry from internal and external. create innovation and keep improving. - Support Audit related reports (PBC, RPT/RPB) - Apply ABB Group Accounting standards, compliance to ABB's Accounting and Reporting Guidelines, and local GAAP and compliance with ABB Group Charter - Participate in local and global meeting and projects with stakeholders. Ensure timely communication and feedback between superiors and subordinates as well as among peers. - Actively seek opportunities to improve processes Customer - Meet commitments and deliver high quality services to all applicable stakeholders in line with agreed upon service levels - Commit to professional ownership of service levels - Commit to and drive customer focus and customer satisfaction Team - Work within the internal control environment for the Accounts Payable department - Support and participate in safety, compliance, business ethics, Group Charter, communications and other related activities - Commit to a culture of learning - Contribute to team spirit

Qualifications for the role

• - Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (for bachelor at least 5+ working experiences in Fanance)
• - Accounting and SAP/CFIN knowledge,
• - Good English written and verbal communication skills
• - Good analytical etc. office software skills, with good Excel/PPT/ data analysis skills
• - Good communication skills and the ability to withstand certain work pressure
• - Experience of AP project management is preferred
