About the mission we offer you:

Take a glance at your missions!
  • People Development
    - Follow-up of annual HR campaigns with analysis and recommendations for action concerning Performance management (annual interviews and objectives) and mid-year.
    - Support HR Business Partners in the operational follow-up of their population.
    - Participation in HR transformation projects for the Lyon Operating Center.
    - Actions to encourage internal mobility.
    - Engagement: exploiting the results of the annual engagement survey.
    - Improve monitoring of Group training programs.


  • Labor relations - Wellness policies
    - Support in organizing the social calendar and preparing agendas.
    - Management and preparation of regulatory documentation (BDESE, DUERP, Papripact) in coordination with the departments concerned.
    - Support for annual Wellness initiatives with the center of excellence and the occupational health department.


  • Other HR tasks
    - Monitor monthly, quarterly and annual HR KPIs.
    - Sorting, archiving, filing if required.


Starting Date: September/October 2025

Duration: 24 months (2 years)

About you:

  • You are currently preparing a Master's Degree in Human Resources (BAC+4/BAC+5)
  • You have a strong interest for new technologies.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, which enable you to listen to your teams and carry out your assignments with rigor and diligence.
  • You are a team player, curious, open to your environment and recognized for your ability to analyze and reflect.
  • A working level of English is essential.
