Inside sales engineer

We are looking for an Inside sales engineer to join our team! The primary purpose of the job that we support European sales offices to achieve sales targets by providing complete proposals for isolation valves on our customer capital project inquiries and offering a complete 'inquiry to order' service.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Continuous contact with the Outside Sales Engineers, Product-, Project Managers and Factories to deliver the best Service, regarding technical solutions, quality and on time delivery to your customers
- Checking Customer requests and provide complete technical and commercial solutions .
- Participate proposal kick-off conference call or face to face meeting with sales channel and/or customers to agree on technical solutions.
- Prepare complete package for order entry into business systems for order execution.
- Receive and process change order requests via the change order process.
- Follow up of the provided quotations.
- Maintain the record of working processes.
- Looking for continues improvement opportunities.
- Practices and promotes "Customer Thinking" culture in all aspects
Who You Are: Someone who is keen on to gather new knowledge and step in an innovative industry.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Proficient level knowledge of English is a must.
- Minimum College Degree in Engineering (for example: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical).
- The ideal candidate must be Self-organized, Great teammate and able to multi-tasking
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
- You gain insight into customer need.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Sales or customer service-related experience is an advantage
- Big advantage to speaking any other EU language!
