Pay Rate: €130,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the renewable energy sector, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and markets in the renewable energy sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Knowledge of the renewable energy market and industry trends
• Fluency in German and English
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
