We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Europe/Latam Offshore Wind Sales Director to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of offshore wind projects in Europe and Latin America, with a focus on renewable energy solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of offshore wind projects in Europe and Latin America, with a focus on renewable energy solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Europe and Latam offshore wind markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and joint ventures
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and government agencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Travel to client sites, industry events, and conferences as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the Europe and Latam offshore wind markets, including key players and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages considered a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
