About the Job

The AWP Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution and development of the following:

• Assist in developing AWP procedures specific to work processes for Technip Energies.
• Explain in detail AWP processes and workflows for project execution across all disciplines from FEED to project completion.
• Present AWP process-specific details necessary for project execution.
• Organize AWP packages for project execution.
• Compile information for AWP packages.
• Organize the communication process required for AWP work processes.
• Interpret where AWP processes will have impacts and the mitigation required to avoid impacting the project schedule.
• Assist in determining AWP manpower requirements for project loading and execution for budget and schedule.
• Support the instruction and training of AWP coordinators for mobilization to site.
• Interpret corporate numbering schemes required for AWP packaging.
• Understand and communicate the workflow and timeline for the following and their relationships to each other:
  • AWP (Advanced Work Package)
  • CWA (Construction Work Area)
  • CWP (Construction Work Package)
  • EWP (Engineering Work Package)
  • PWP (Procurement Work Package)
  • IWP (Installation Work Package)
  • SWP (Subcontractor Work Package)
  • SUP (Start-Up Work Package)
• Compile AWP engineering data according to AWP package requirements.
• Work with multiple disciplines to gather the required information to satisfy contract requirements.
• Generate and update procedures involving AWP processes.
• Track all AWPs across various subprojects and the overall project.
• Audit the content of AWP packages and ensure their completeness during the various phases of the project as per contract.
• Ensure that all AWP documentation is recorded and consolidated for completion per the project contractual requirement.
• Centralize and maintain AWP records of the project documentation to be handed over to the client.
• Review and ensure that AWP procedures are aligned with the contractual handover requirements.
• Ensure that AWP information in the EASYPLANT Database is well prepared and validated for construction, quality, pre-commissioning & commissioning, start-up, etc.
• Coordinate with the Project Quality Manager to ensure that AWP documentation complies with the Field Quality Control plan and the contractual requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of AWP progress information provided to the Project Management, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare and issue the required progress reports on a consistent basis.

About You

Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

Qualifications

• Familiar with engineering drawings.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, including:
  • Basic sheet manipulation
  • Hyperlinks
  • Advanced formula writing
  • Comparison of Excel files
  • Pivot tables and graphs
• Basic knowledge and experience with P6.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Document management systems
• Smart Plant Materials (SMat)
• Smart Plant 3D, Navisworks (or similar)
• Constraint Management
• 4D Animation

Experience and Education:

• Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of industrial construction experience.
• An engineering degree is preferred.
• Must have detailed organizational skills and database experience.
• Basic office skills.

Possess strong analytical and research skills
