Our client is seeking a Gas & Chemical Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization's values.

Job Title: Gas & Chemical Technician

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Note: The temporary shift M - F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm for the first 2 - 3 months for new hire training. Once completed, the worker will be assigned to Shift: TBD

What's the Job?

• Handle and change-out of gas, chemical, and slurry containers safely and efficiently.
• Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on gas and chemical equipment.
• Utilize computer operations to support job functions and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with operating and maintenance procedures to drive a zero-incident culture.
• Participate in project and sustaining operations, including training and quality management.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in maintenance or as an equipment technician is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Military training or experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment is welcomed.
