Job Description:

We are seeking a Contracts Manager II to join our team in Orlando, United States. As a Contracts Manager II, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management related to renewable energy projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts
• Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to resolve contract disputes and issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor contract performance and ensure that all parties fulfill their obligations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the renewable energy industry
• Strong knowledge of contract law and best practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
