Associate Training Analyst

Job Summary:

KBR is seeking an Associate Training Analyst to join our team. This position will support the completion of a Front-End Analysis (FEA) of a US Navy training software suite and develop a comprehensive report that details recommendations for improvement. This is a full-time position located in Orlando, Florida.

Program Summary:

This program conducts research and analysis to upgrade, modernize, and develop new state-of-the art training systems associated with surface, undersea, aviation, and non-aviation systems. The primary requiring activity for this program is the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD); however, Sister Services, other Government agencies, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers are also supported.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assists the government team with developing and implementing a strategy to assess the current User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) for a US Navy software suite.
  • Collects data associated with the assessment strategy.
  • Assists with synthesizing data collected during the assessment; Works with management to generate recommendations for improvement.
  • Assists with generating a comprehensive report detailing the findings and recommendations from the assessment and provides to the customer for review/feedback.
  • Reviews and implements customer feedback on the report.
  • Assists with providing monthly status reports.
  • Assists management with ensuring that all deliverables or documentation are submitted within the specified timeframes and adhere to the highest standards of quality and security.
  • Participates in government status meetings as needed.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant technical area (e.g., training, management).
  • Prior experience working as part of a team to develop strategies and provide recommendations to customers for process improvement.
  • Prior experience working with websites.
  • Advanced writing skills, preferably with experience in writing reports.

Scheduled Weekly Hours:
  • 40 hours/week
