Position Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Roof Lead to oversee the installation and maintenance of residential solar PV systems. This role involves hands-on work on rooftops and ground mounts, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency while guiding team members on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead rooftop and ground mount solar installations
• Load/unload materials and operate company vehicle
• Install racking, modules, and perform minor electrical work
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Communicate with Crew Lead and ensure project documentation is complete
• Mentor team members and assign tasks effectively
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of PV installation experience, including 6+ months in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, racking, and electrical components
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.) If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
