Job Summary
We are seeking an HVAC Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals interested in building a career in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. You will work under the guidance of experienced technicians, gaining hands-on training in installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Learn to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Complete assigned training and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
