The Construction Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering aspects of construction projects within BAPCO's operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing site activities, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions for high profile client.

The key objectives for this role are:
- Supervise and manage civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility before execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, ASTM) and safety regulations.
- Monitor material usage, procurement, and inventory to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure structural integrity and adherence to design specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a hazard-free work environment.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and updates for project stakeholders.
- Assist in troubleshooting construction challenges and recommending solutions.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee site-based civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Manage daily operations and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct risk assessments, troubleshoot challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure high construction standards.
- Monitor material procurement, usage, and inventory to optimize resources.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise in civil engineering design, material selection, and structural integrity.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and site personnel, ensuring a knowledgeable workforce.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution.

Expected:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in civil construction within the oil & gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry codes.
- Experience in offshore/onshore projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
