What You'll Be Doing:

• Safety - Practice, embrace and ensure all safety practices, procedures and rules are followed
• Follow all company's policies, procedures, and rules including exhibiting the company core values
• Provide a high level of customer care striving for full satisfaction.
• Install, repair, and maintain residential HVAC including furnaces, central air conditioners, air cleaners, humidifiers, duct work, etc.
• Provide direct supervision and oversight of Apprentice HVAC when assigned to work together.
• Deliver and/or installation of appliances.
• Complete and keep accurate records including work completed, time spent, inventory, etc.
• Prepare, present, and sell accurate quotations and cost estimates.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site including the customers home and your work vehicle.

• Able to operate a vehicle
• Able to communicate professionally
• Understanding of product and parts
• Understanding of WS policies and procedures for communicating with customers and vendors

You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-year technical degree in HVAC
• 4+ Years residential HVAC experience
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of code requirements
• Certifications/License:
• Minneapolis HVAC Journeyworker Competency Cards Including:
• Journeyworker Warm Air/Ventilation
• Journeyworker Fuel Gas Fitter
• Journeyworker Refrigeration
• EPA Certification
• MN Power Limited Technician
• Drivers License
• Heavy Lifting (Lift up to 600 lbs with a dolly)
• Able to pass a DOT physical
• Physically Fit
• Climb ladders
• Go onto roofs
• Go into attics
• Overtime as required
• Will agree to follow standard operating procedures and abide by policies set forth by company
• Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation

• $42-$50 an hour based off experience
