Communications Specialist

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Onshore Office)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Communications Specialist to support internal and external communications aligned with the company's strategy. The role focuses on content creation, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure consistent messaging and a strong brand voice across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop internal materials (newsletters, announcements, etc.)
• Support town halls, CSR events, and employee engagement initiatives
• Draft press releases, social media content, and media responses
• Ensure branding consistency and content alignment across platforms
• Assist in reporting and tracking communication performance metrics

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or similar
• 5+ years' experience in corporate communications or public relations
• Strong writing/editing skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Video editing and social media experience are advantages
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
