The Facilities Coordinator position reports directly to the Base Manager and encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities focused on facility management, compliance, and operational oversight. This role serves as a critical liaison between the organization and third-party service providers while maintaining facility standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of OEPS Facility safety standard .
• Performing all Electricals SMDB's annual Thermography, inspection, Electrical safety, LOTO, Hand tools Safety ,Surface Management, PPM & earth testing for safe operation.
• Create an assets list along with PPM plan/ check lists for the entire facility equipment. (EOT cranes, Air compressors, pressure washer, Jib cranes, All types of AC's, etc.)
• Preform a periodic Drop inspection with HSE for (Office, workshop, Warehouse, Equipment & yard) and create an action plan.
• Implementation of the control requirements to reduce the risk of fire according to the risk assessment which should be completed by HSE and align with local Authority (Fire Fighting, fire Alarm mapping across the entire facility including annual recertification)
• Control and manage the hazard and non-hazard Waste on daily basis,
• Maintain the facility records visible when required,
• Manage all type of third-party activities/ HSE related documents
• Create OQ's, TMDE, work order, as require and follow up on same.
• Manage the daily housekeeping activates to meet the productivity requirement while considering work demand, occupational health, safety and environmental hazards.
• Mange the offices/parking slots/yard allocation
• The focal point to deal with Civil Defense & Environment local authorities on the implementation of their requirement.
• Prepare the monthly area allocations for all PL's, shared services and communicate the same with finance.
• Waste reduction, Energy Saving and Environmental improving plan
• To ensure a safe working environment without harm to persons or environment.
• Work closely with country HSE/Hazmat manager to identify hazards and mitigate the risk accordingly.
• Implementation of country HSSE plan.
• Implementation of HSE/Hazmat actions assigned to facility department.
• Obtain all the required standard country approvals before to start any construction in the base
• Coordinating with HSE team for Issuing PTW & JHA for any nonroutine or 3 rd party activities inside the base.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in facility management within Oil & Gas
• Experience of product lines such as Liner Hanger/TRS/Fishing/MPD

Qualifications:

• Degree of Petroleum Engineering
