We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Commercial Service Technicians to join our team. As a Commercial Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing refrigeration and HVAC equipment in commercial buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and optimal performance of these systems, contributing to the comfort and efficiency of our clients' establishments.

Pay Range

$28 Hourly Starting rate - rate is determined upon interview and experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and Diagnose: Perform thorough inspections of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems to identify issues and malfunctions accurately. Utilize your expertise to diagnose problems quickly and develop effective repair solutions.
• Repair and Maintenance: Execute repairs and maintenance tasks on a wide range of HVAC/R systems in commercial settings. This may involve replacing faulty parts, calibrating equipment, and optimizing system performance.
• Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing explain regarding equipment issues and repair procedures. Ensure customer satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
• Preventive Maintenance: Contribute to preventive maintenance initiatives by conducting routine inspections and implementing necessary adjustments to prevent potential problems and system breakdowns.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used. Prepare detailed reports on equipment status and service recommendations for internal and client reference.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards during service visits and repairs to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in HVAC/R technology and industry best practices. Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ Years of Experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time efficiently and meeting service deadlines.
• Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering high-quality service.

Additional but Not Required

• High GED or Some College
• Completion of relevant technical courses or vocational training in HVAC/R.
