Job Description

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a high-potential Client Strategy & Development Coordinator to join our team in either Saudi Arabia or the UAE. This early-career, high-impact role is part of our broader commitment to empowering national talent and advancing strategic client partnerships in the region.
As a key member of our client development function, you will work closely with senior Client Leads to drive client engagement, develop tailored growth strategies, and strengthen our market position across priority sectors. This is more than an administrative role - it's an opportunity to be at the frontlines of strategic planning and business development in a global consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Support
  • Assist in developing and executing client engagement plans aligned with growth objectives and sector strategies.
  • Help identify cross-selling opportunities by tracking client needs, project pipelines, and emerging market trends.
  • Prepare impactful client briefings, pitch materials, and insight reports to support high-level interactions and business development initiatives.

Account Development & Coordination
  • Support account planning activities and help monitor progress against strategic objectives.
  • Ensure timely updates and accuracy of CRM systems, client dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across disciplines to align efforts toward client success.

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Tracking
  • Conduct research on client organizations, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Help identify new business opportunities, upcoming tenders, and partnership prospects.

Reporting & Strategic Insights
  • Prepare concise reports and presentations on client activity, bid outcomes, and account performance.
  • Assist with executive summaries, win/loss analysis, and client feedback reports to drive continuous improvement.

National Talent Contribution
  • Champion nationalisation goals by contributing fresh perspectives, building cross-functional knowledge, and representing the future leadership of AtkinsRéalis.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and internal communities of practice.


Candidate Profile
  • Saudi or Emirati National (required)
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in client-facing, commercial, or business development roles
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
  • Commercial mindset with interest in strategic planning and client growth
  • Familiarity with consulting, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
