A leading and rapidly growing renewable energy developer is seeking an experienced Manager - Generator Interconnection to join their team. This fully remote, permanent role offers the chance to shape large-scale solar and storage projects from early-stage development through to commissioning.

As a key technical voice in the company, you'll be at the forefront of grid integration strategy across multiple U.S. markets, driving interconnection and transmission efforts in support of project success.

? The Role

You'll manage the full lifecycle of interconnection activities, providing expertise on grid planning, system studies, and transmission access. This includes:

Leading interconnection strategy and execution across regional markets

Conducting and interpreting technical studies (PSSE, PSLF, TARA)

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders

Advising on siting, permitting, PPA support, and M&A due diligence

Representing the company in key utility and ISO forums

? About You

Education: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with a power systems focus (Master's preferred)

Experience: 5+ years in transmission planning or generator interconnection

Expertise: Deep knowledge of PJM required; ERCOT and MISO a plus

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Tools: Proficiency in TARA, PSSE, and/or PSLF for transmission studies
