Function description

At iPS Powerful People, we are proactively connecting with Greek offshore professionals across various ranks and disciplines for future global projects in the offshore energy sector. This is not a vacancy for a single role, but a campaign to build strong relationships with qualified and mobilization-ready crew.

We are looking for crew members across different ranks and specialties, such as:

• Deck Officers (CO, 2nd, 3rd Officers)
• Engineers (Chief, 2nd, 3rd)
• ABs, Motormen, Fitters, Welders
• Crane Operators
• Electricians / ETOs
• Riggers
• Cooks, Stewards, and more

Responsibilities may include:

• Carrying out daily operations onboard in compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• Operating and maintaining deck, engine, or catering equipment and systems
• Assisting with mobilization, demobilization, and shift handovers
• Participating in safety drills and toolbox talks
• Working in cooperation with a multi-disciplinary crew under offshore conditions

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous offshore experience in your rank or discipline
• Valid STCW certification relevant to your position
• Valid offshore medical certificate
• Greek Nationality
• High level of adaptability and safety awareness
• Strong communication and team-working skills
