Bridge Investment Group is seeking highly motivated rising juniors to join our Renewable Energy team as Summer Analysts in Salt Lake City. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing solar energy sector, supporting investment and development strategies that drive the transition to a more sustainable future.

What You'll Experience

As a Summer Analyst, you'll be part of a mission-driven team focused on identifying, evaluating, and managing solar energy projects across the U.S. You'll work closely with investment professionals, engineers, and project managers to support the full lifecycle of solar development and investment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the financial modeling and underwriting of solar energy projects.

• Conducting market research on energy trends, regulatory environments, and site feasibility.

• Supporting due diligence efforts for new acquisitions and partnerships.

• Helping prepare investment committee materials and internal presentations.

• Tracking project milestones, timelines, and performance metrics.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project execution and asset management.

What You Bring

We're looking for candidates who are passionate about sustainability, analytical, and eager to learn. Ideal applicants will have:

• A strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or infrastructure investing.

• A GPA of 3.5 or higher.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.

• A self-starter attitude with a collaborative mindset.

• The ability to work full-time in Salt Lake City for the duration of the program.
