In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work with production manager, ensures an in-time, cost effective and efficient production process in the required quality and quantity in compliance with all legal requirements (environment, health and safety) and internal production policies.
• Participate in the development of short and long-term goals for the organization.
• Skills of training people (Quality; Safety; CNC; machining; lean manufacturing etc.)
• Participate in daily production and planning meetings to assist in planning and finish manufacturing order on schedule. To make recommendations on matters related to manufacturing and maintenance operations
• Work with machining manager to analyses the production process in the area of responsibility related to quality, cost efficiency.

• Closely work with production manager, directs and co-ordinates all functions of production maching shop of PFC.

• Associate's degree in manufacturing is a plus. 5 or more years' experience in a machining shop with CNC lathes and milling machines, with 2 year's experience in supervios level.
• Strong knowledge in programming CNC lathes and milling machines (Software). Good knowledge in CAD preferred.Good English skill is a plus. Experience/Practive with Lean & 6 Sigma. Strong communication and leadership skill.
