NI is seeking Education Services Technical Content Developers. As a Technical Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative technical content for our products and services. You will work closely with the Program Manager and the Instructional Design team to understand the learning objectives, design specifications, and target audience of each project. You will also collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to research and gather relevant information and data.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Creating clear, concise, and accurate technical content for various formats, such as e-learning courses, videos, manuals, guides, etc.
• Working with internal teams to obtain an understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• Editing and proofreading your own and other team members' content to ensure quality and consistency.
• Applying the best practices of instructional design, adult learning theory, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to your content.
• Using content management systems and authoring tools to create and publish your content.
• Testing and reviewing content for functionality, usability, and accessibility.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from learners, clients, and stakeholders to improve your content.

This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's\master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, STEM, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical writing, content development, or a similar role.
• The ability to create learning content that will facilitate growth of a customer's knowledge of specific platform/engineering related concepts.
• Familiarity with L&D design practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology related to hardware, software, or complex systems and solutions.
