As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you play a key role in ensuring the team's success and maintaining a high standard of work quality for yourself and those around you. Job Description

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for all visitors at the site; greeting them, creating badging if necessary and coordinating with visitors to ensure they connect with who they are meeting with.
  • Manage the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Design and ensure (including content coordination) operating mechanisms such as 1:1's, team meetings (including in-person/virtual offsites), all hands meetings, etc. are conducted.
  • Draft and review organizational announcements for the leader in partnership with internal communications.
  • Manage travel arrangements and create & submit expense reports.
  • Provide special meeting/event planning and logistics (offsites, all-hands, team activities, retirement events, etc.)
  • Compile and format leadership pitches, organizational communications, and other special projects.
  • Able to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of administrative support experience).

The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on July 7, 2025.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
