Dallas-Fort Worth, TX | $120K-$140K Base + Quarterly Bonuses

RLP Mechanical is actively looking for a motivated, experienced, and hands-on Service Manager to lead our commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing service operations. What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $120,000-$140,000/year
• Quarterly Bonuses based on team performance

What You'll Do as Service Manager:

You'll be the driving force behind our service department - ensuring high performance, customer satisfaction, and team growth.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading a team of techs, installers, dispatchers, and parts personnel
• Managing service and install jobs efficiently across DFW
• Coaching and mentoring your team to reach top performance
• Building strong, lasting relationships with commercial clients
• Ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and job accuracy
• Monitoring KPIs, job completion rates, and department budgets
• Staying ahead of industry trends and tech

What We're Looking For:

• 6-8 years of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and/or plumbing experience
• 4-6 years in a leadership role (Service Manager, Supervisor, or similar)
• Strong team management and project coordination skills
• Technical expertise in commercial mechanical systems
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and service software
• Valid Texas driver's license & clean driving record

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Deep knowledge of Texas building codes (HVAC/Plumbing)
• Experience with service management software or ERP tools
