WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm.

As our HVAC Installation Coordinator, your day will begin by aligning crews, confirming permits, and ensuring every job is ready to roll. You'll monitor installations, resolve on-site issues, and keep projects on track and within budget. Additionally, you'll track technician performance, help train and onboard new HVAC installers, and collaborate with managers to drive efficiency and profitability. Your leadership will ensure every install meets our high standards and exceeds client expectations.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN HVAC INSTALLATION COORDINATOR?

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of related experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and planning skills
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation processes

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
