As a key partner to the Operations team in Prague and the Finance team at our headquarters in Italy, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless financial processes and reporting within our manufacturing operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the SC finance activities as product costing, hourly rate calculation, inventory analysis, Cost of Goods Sold and functional cost analysis, preparing timely monthly reporting,
• Drive optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain
• Partner with Supply Chain to provide product cost standards or/and estimation for new products
• Manage the business cycle: budget, forecasts, plans for Supply Chain Finance
• Prepare variance analysis vs Bdg/plan/forecast to HQ and internal customers
• Handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function and finance department.
• Partners with operations to drive performance and simplification using the Lean principles and mindset
• Generates actionable insights through analysis of business metrics. Leads cross functional teams to improve outcomes in cost productivity & inventory turns.
• Being flexible to provide support to other Finance Teams as needed

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• Good working knowledge of Oracle or other ERP system
• Fluent English essential
• Automotive or manufacturing, audit (advantage)
• Fluent Czech is a plus but not essential
