As a Training Operations Coordinator for Vestas, you will ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective coordination of all technical and safety training for Vestas NCE.
EVP NCE - SBU NCE Service - SERV OP SCA Training Administration
We are the Admin team for the NCE Vestas Service & Construction Academy. Our department delivers technical and safety training to internal and external employees for Service & Construction in the NCE region.
The admin team matches the training needs of the business with the offerings, both through our internal resources and through the collaboration with our external training suppliers.
Responsibilities
You will ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective coordination of all technical and safety training for Vestas NCE, working closely with the other Regional Training Coordinators while being responsible for your own areas as well.
You will create and maintain relevant training tools and templates and remain up to date on current legislation related to training in all the markets Vestas operates in. As Training Operations Coordinator, you will be the single point of contact for offering specialist support to our Projects and Service departments and for subcontractors that who require Vestas-specific training.

- Maintain relations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Forecast and book technical training as well as safety-related courses
- Create and manage POs/PRs for training activities
- Maintain course and user administration in the Learning Management System
- Arrange and book external courses
- Help line managers plan safety and technical training programs for full technician teams and individual employees
Qualifications
