About This Role
Demand Generation Marketing Manager
This role is about owning pipeline delivery. You'll work closely with Sales, SDRs and the EMEA Demand Gen Director to plan and execute campaigns that drive real business results, not vanity metrics. You'll be responsible for designing and running targeted programmes that create demand, accelerate deals and convert interest into qualified pipeline.
You'll use a mix of tactics including events, ABM (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), email, paid and organic LinkedIn, content syndication, webinars and outbound sequences. You'll also help shape the strategy for your market and roll up your sleeves to make it happen. The role requires someone who can think strategically, execute tactically and communicate clearly.
This isn't a brand or awareness-only role. It's about marketing that works, measured by its impact on revenue.

What You'll Do
- Own and execute the UK&I demand generation strategy to deliver pipeline and revenue goals
- Build and run integrated campaigns across key channels: ABM, email, events, social, paid social and partner co-marketing
- Work closely with the regional Partner Manager to build strong relationships and execute co-marketing strategies with key partners. Channel marketing is a core part of the demand engine
- Collaborate closely with Sales, SDRs, and regional leaders to align on priorities and maximise impact
- Understand target buyer personas to create relevant, timely engagement across the funnel. Seek to understand new market / buyer insights and leverage these for programme optimisation.
- Track and optimise performance across the full Lead-to-Win lifecycle, using insights to drive continuous improvement
- Report on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and pipeline contribution to key stakeholders
- Manage regional marketing budget, ensuring spend is ROI-driven and tied to clear outcomes
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach for segmentation, targeting performance tracking and automated outreach
- Use GenAI tools confidently to scale content creation, research and campaign execution. You should be a hands-on AI wiz who can boost impact without increasing workload
- Work cross-functionally with global and EMEA marketing teams to share insights, content and best practices
- Manage vendor relationships where needed to scale execution and fill capability gaps
- Proven success in B2B demand generation across ABM, vertical, and broad-based campaigns
- Strong understanding of B2B Sales processes and the full marketing-to-revenue lifecycle (MQL > Opp > SQO etc.)
- Experienced in planning and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Skilled in collaborating with SDR teams and enabling effective follow-up on leads
- Able to analyse customer needs and develop targeted, strategic marketing approaches
- Results-driven with experience reporting on pipeline, ROI, and key marketing KPIs
- Strong project and budget management skills: able to plan, allocate and optimise spend
- Comfortable balancing creative thinking with analytical decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to prioritise, adapt, and act with urgency
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent related education preferred.
- 5+ years B2B demand generation / marketing experience in tech/SaaS. Experience marketing to EMEA countries required.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with ABM tools such as 6sense preferred.
- Experience working with in-house or external SDR organisations preferred.
