JOB HIGHLIGHT
We are hiring experienced commercial HVAC technicians for steady year-round work. You will run a set commercial route, handle service, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment, and keep customers running.

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ / Philadelphia Metro (Mobile Route Work)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to manufacturer standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues in the field without constant supervision.
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve customer issues quickly.
• Keep accurate service records using mobile work order software.
• Communicate with customers on-site, explaining work performed and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with dispatch and parts support teams to complete jobs efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC trade school or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC service; refrigeration experience a plus.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on rooftops.
• Ability to work in a variety of environments including outdoor and mechanical spaces.
• Willingness to travel daily within South Jersey, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas.
