More About the Position

• Consistently represents themselves as a professional and has the "industry knowledge" and a Lennox Premier Installer
• Has led successful HVAC install crew
• Maintains a high NPS score of 9.3
• Is jack of all trades, using basic, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
• Creates and builds relationships ongoing relationships with our customers and Home Care Club Members
• Actively participates in ongoing training through Nexstar, meetings, and company events

What Does It Take?

• A passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide full HVAC installs to customers
• 5+ years' experience leading a crew of 1-2 HVAC Installers
• Successful completion of a 9-panel drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report
