Voor een organisatie in de offshore sector in Vlissingen zijn wij op zoek naar een accurate en gestructureerde Commercieel Medewerker / Tender. De ideale kandidaat woont in Nederland, spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over een EU-paspoort of een geldige Nederlandse verblijfsvergunning. In deze ondersteunende rol ben je onmisbaar voor het commerciële team en zorg je ervoor dat de aanbestedingsdocumentatie tot in de puntjes wordt verzorgd.

Functie omschrijving

Als Commercieel Medewerker / Tender ondersteun je het commerciële team bij het opstellen, structureren en indienen van offertes. Je verzamelt input van verschillende afdelingen, zorgt voor heldere documentatie en bewaakt belangrijke deadlines. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en gestructureerde aanpak verloopt het aanbestedingsproces soepel en efficiënt.

Je taken omvatten:

• Het structureren en opstellen van aanbestedingsdocumentatie;
• Het voorbereiden en plannen van kick-off meetings;
• Het verwerken van input van collega's van engineering, operations en finance;
• Het controleren van documenten op opmaak, volledigheid en consistentie;
• Het bijhouden van deadlines, registraties en correspondentie;
• Het ondersteunen van kostencalculaties en facturatie;
• Het identificeren van belangrijke mijlpalen en betalingen.

Functie vereisten

• Je woont momenteel in Nederland (vereist vanwege de werklocatie);
• Je hebt een EU-nationaliteit of een geldige Nederlandse verblijfsvergunning;
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands;
• Je hebt een MBO+/HBO-opleiding in een commerciële, administratieve of technische richting;
• Ervaring in een ondersteunende rol binnen een projectmatige omgeving is een pré;
• Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en stressbestendig;
• Je werkt graag samen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
• Je hebt ervaring met MS Office en bij voorkeur ook met projectsoftware;
• Je communiceert helder in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
