Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced CSR Manager to lead the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and execution in the Philippines. This role will ensure alignment with global sustainability goals while developing and delivering impactful local programs that enhance community relations, environmental stewardship, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. CSR Strategy & Program Development

• Develop and localize CSR strategies in line with Group's sustainability vision.

• Identify and assess CSR opportunities that align with business objectives and community needs.

• Design programs that promote renewable energy awareness, environmental protection, education, and inclusive development.

2. Stakeholder & Community Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, NGOs, government units (LGUs), and other stakeholders.

• Act as the key CSR liaison during project development and operational phases, ensuring open dialogue and social license to operate.

• Organize community consultations and engagement activities to gather insights and respond to concerns.

3. Project Implementation & Monitoring

• Lead the planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation of CSR initiatives.

• Develop KPIs to measure social and environmental impact.

• Ensure timely reporting of progress and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

4. Communication & Reporting

• Coordinate internal and external communication on CSR initiatives.

• Prepare CSR content for corporate reports, investor presentations, and local media when needed.

• Support ESG-related reporting aligned with global sustainability reporting framework.

5. Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify and mitigate social and environmental risks linked to company operations.

• Ensure CSR activities comply with Philippines laws, local ordinances, and Group's ethical standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Development, Environmental Science, Communications, or related field; Master's degree a plus.

Minimum 5 years of CSR, stakeholder engagement, or sustainability experience, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sectors.

Proven track record of working with local communities and implementing successful CSR programs.

Strong understanding of Philippines social development landscape and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English and Filipino; regional dialects a plus.

Willingness to travel to project sites across the Philippines.
