As an HVAC Service Manager, you will work in partnership with a top-tier team of HVAC Technicians to promote solutions to our residential customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee technician performance on every job, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead weekly sales meetings to review repair trends, channel sales, and system performance.
• Assist technicians in creating the most effective system designs for customer needs.
• Communicate marketing campaigns and promotions to the team.
• Track, analyze, and review branch sales KPIs, including gross close rates and average ticket size.
• Present repair and replacement options to customers virtually or by phone.
• Conduct bi-monthly sales reviews and ongoing coaching for technicians.
• Monitor compliance with Goettl standards and ensure accurate job data collection.
• Manages technician schedules and provide real-time support.
• Participate in technical training sessions to enhance team skills.

Required Skills:

• 3+years in HVAC sales
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• At least two years of sales experience with proven results.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email tools, and related technology.
• ServiceTitan software experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
The role requires both desk work and periods of standing, bending, kneeling, or walking. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
