About the Role:
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environments. The role involves overseeing the delivery of complex building services and infrastructure projects in Al Ula, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MEP construction activities across multiple large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
• Oversee project timelines, cost control, and quality assurance from a PMC perspective.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including client departments and government entities, to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement on-site.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with at least 8 years in MEP-focused roles within PMC environments.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects involving diverse teams and disciplines.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
