Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various renewable energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
• Manage project documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in German and English
