Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Origination Manager to join our team in Orlando. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector. This role requires a strong background in sales, negotiation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement origination strategies to drive business growth in the renewable energy market
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and government agencies
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for project development and financing
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in origination or business development, preferably in the renewable energy industry
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and market dynamics
