Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact customers following BANT sales lead qualifications
• Utilize CRM to record customer lead and opportunity sales cycle
• Improve the visibility and quality of the handling of leads and opportunities
• Improve the quality of our sales and marketing data
• Ensure customer data protection guidelines
• Setting lead related goals and KPIs to manage activity within the team to demonstrate ROI
• Ongoing training of the sales team related to the standard work process for lead management
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
• Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
• Collaborate with sales team to develop and manage target customer lists
• Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients
• Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback to sales team
• Collaboration with cross functional teams implementing and executing strategic business plan and actions
• Other duties as assigned
