NES Fircroft are looking for a Planning & Reporting Engineer to join a major operator supporting a project in Oman. Initially the role will be based in Paris, before moving full time Sohar, Oman.

As Planning & Reporting Engineer you will be responsible for the scheduling, planning and progress measurement activities for the project during the Execution phase, and for the reporting at project level all along the course of the Project.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Supervising, controlling and coordinating the activities related to Work Packages scheduling and planning andprogress measurement; this includes active participation to the development of the project integrated schedulesupervision and progress measurement activities
• Developing and maintaining schedules at Project level, with analysis of critical path and potential clashes andproposal of remedial actions/solutions
• Ensuring availability at all times of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurementdocumentation
• Ensuring reporting at Project level (for issuance of Weekly reports, Monthly Report, for preparation of internalfollow-up meetings and shareholders meetings...)

The service holder shall observe and shall impose strict confidentiality during all along the course of the Project and the role reports to the Project Control Lead

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 10-15 Experience in similar position (years)
• 5-10 Level / Diploma: Engineer, or Master or equivalent required by the Omani Immigration
• Perfect knowledge of PRIMAVERA mandatory
• Languages: English mandatory
