As a Facility Office Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our leadership team and contributing to the efficient management of internal and external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in overseeing special projects and ensuring smooth operations within the facility office.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Support in managing site activities calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Assist in site activities project management ensuring deadlines are met
- Support the general office services, including facility management, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies, when requested
- Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and liaise with IT or maintenance teams as needed
- Act as a liaison between the communication team and international stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration
- Support in analyzing and developing procedures to improve office efficiency and sustainability
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics tools
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Willingness to learn from others and to work in team
- Italian and English fluent
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
