We're seeking a strategic and hands-on HR leader to oversee Human Resources for our Oil & Gas business unit, corporate functions, and enterprise-wide Talent Development programs. This critical role leads a team of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition professionals, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while also driving enterprise initiatives that enhance our employee experience, leadership pipeline, and organizational effectiveness.

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners supporting the Oil & Gas and Corporate business units.
- Direct and manage the Talent Acquisition function, including recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
- Lead enterprise-wide Talent Development programs, including Performance Appraisals, Succession Planning, Career Profiles and facilitation of our Front-Line Leadership training for first-time supervisors.
- Serve as a core member of both the Human Resources Leadership Team and the Oil & Gas Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner closely with business leaders on organizational design, change management, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Manage department budgets for Talent Acquisition and HRBP functions; monitor costs and resource allocation across teams.
- Attend and contribute to Oil & Gas P&L meetings, providing HR insights that support operational and financial goals.
- Oversee employee relations strategy within scope of responsibility; collaborate with Legal on investigations and compliance matters.
- Coordinate organization-wide communications and facilitate town halls and key employee events.
- Responsible for analysis of workforce and HR opportunities, challenges, etc. relating to Mergers, Acquisition or Divestiture for Oil & Gas business unit including due diligence efforts and change management/integration plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR partners in Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS, as well as peers supporting other business units.
- Drive continuous improvement across all areas of HR with a focus on scalability, compliance, and employee experience.
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience supporting operational business units (Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial sectors strongly preferred).
- Deep knowledge of employment law, talent acquisition, and employee relations best practices.
- Demonstrated success leading complex HR initiatives across multiple functions or business units.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, executive presence, and ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong project management and facilitation skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
