Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
  • Project full process management: Independently responsible for project development, follow-up, and post maintenance work to ensure the achievement of set performance indicators.
  • Regional channel management: Overall management of project channel customers within the responsible area, improving customer satisfaction and business coverage.
  • Market expansion: Actively develop new customers and projects, expand business scope and market share.
  • Establishment of partnership: Identify and develop potential project partners (agents), and maintain the partnership through continuous tracking to promote cooperation
  • Promote mutual development between both parties.
  • Execute other tasks: Efficiently complete other related work tasks assigned according to the requirements of superiors.


What it takes to Run what runs the world
  • Having a bachelor's degree or above; Have 3-5 years of sales experience in switch sockets and related building materials industry projects, and have a deep understanding of the building materials and home furnishings industry;
  • Familiar with the operational mode of project channels, with a certain accumulation of project and customer resource foundation; Having a strong sense of goal orientation and being able to maintain efficient working conditions in high-pressure environments;
  • Diligent and hardworking, passionate about the sales industry, willing to continuously strive to achieve personal and team goals;
  • Strong sense of purpose, strong ability to withstand pressure, diligent and hardworking, and passionate about sales work.
