This Position reports to:
EL Customer Operations Manager

In this role, you will have a key role in supporting internal and external customers through precise and prompt customer purchase, order entry and processing, as well as, resolution of issues related to them in close cooperation with the sales team. Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager and located in our Athens premises, you will be responsible for handling customers purchase orders, providing accurate and prompt information and resolve requests related to them efficiently and effectively.

You will mainly be accountable for:
  • Supporting internal and external customers by ensuring precise order entry and handling as well as answering queries.
  • Pro-active communication with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Manage clean order entry according to the relevant requirements (prices, quantities, dates, customer, and company data, etc.) to allow order execution in the system.
  • Monitor and follow-up customer cases as needed.
  • Collect and archive documentation related to order management.
  • Close cooperation with supply chain team for maximizing results in delivery.
  • Support to sales team actions to give effective solutions which meet customers' needs.


Qualifications for the role:
  • 1-2 years of experience in relevant field will be appreciated
  • Strong Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Excellent command of English Language Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably SAP, Salesforce)
  • Self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
