Your Role: Own the Challenge

Are you ready to kick-start your career with ABB's Global Early Talent Program (GETP)?
This international and innovative program is designed to develop future leaders through three distinct assignments:

9 months in your home country to build a strong foundation in your role.

6 months abroad to gain international exposure and expand your network.

9 months back home to deepen your expertise and contribute to strategic projects.

This position is part of the Marine & Ports division in France, based in L'Estaque (Marseille). You will work closely with the Business Controller for Southern Europe and the Marine & Ports France Division Manager.

Program start date: October 1st, 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Support controlling tasks and contribute to financial projects.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of products and services.
• Participate in cross-country assignments to broaden your experience and develop intercultural skills.
• Engage in training programs (e.g., leadership development) to grow your capabilities.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

Qualifications

• A degree in Controlling, Finance, or a related field.
• Ideally, 1 year of experience in finance or controlling.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP.
• A passion for being a business partner and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus.
