This Position reports to:
Sales Manager

This role will act as the local marketing, business communications, and administrative support assistant to the Electrification divisions of Smart Buildings, Smart Power, Distribution Solutions and Service. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the Electrification Division in Ireland through impactful business communications and essential administrative coordination. Acting as a key liaison between leadership, teams, and external stakeholders, organizing high-profile events, and managing digital communication platforms.

Your role and responsibilities

• Organising and managing meetings and events: Electrification Management Meetings, Townhalls, Team meetings.
• Developing presentation materials for various events.
• Updating intranet sites and develop communication channels.
• Supporting local events and trade shows: PO issuing, stand display, managing suppliers.
• Utilising social media to promote events and activities.
• Assisting with marketing campaigns.
• Coordinating customer visits in Ireland and overseas.
• Taking minutes at meetings and assign actions.
• Organising onboarding and inductions with HR.
• Managing Salesforce for data entry and pipeline updates.
• Handling NPS process and follow-up.
• Distributing price increase letters.
• Managing LGFA ticket coordination.

Qualifications for the role

• Communication Skills - effective communication to manage internal & external stakeholders
• Content Creation & Management - Creative ideas generator who can work with Marketing & Communications professionals to develop local materials
• Event Coordination & Project Management skills to organize local events
• Administrative Support - general accuracy and attention to detail
• Technical & Software Proficiency - Ability to use A.I tools and Microsoft (& other) technologies to improve ways of working
